Incentive Ibiza 3i

We organised this exclusive incentive for the financial group from the Spanish Delegation with the intention of rewarding employees for their effort and good results. We got to motivate and encourage them with an unforgettable emotional experience after being recognised by their company.

We accommodated the group at Hotel Hacienda Na Xamena, where staying already is an experience in itself. Its architecture, location and the original waterfall Spa facing towards the sunset are unique in the world.

We spent three days exploring the beaches, restaurants, and naturally… the nightlife, in which we enjoyed the popular Pacha Club among others.  This was a benchmark trip for the company because of the emotional effect that this incentive had on the group.
